【Installation Instructions】

1. Positioning & Marking: Mark the center points for post installation on the floor or substructure according to the design layout.

2. Fixing the Base: Secure the pre-welded base plate to the concrete or steel substructure using expansion bolts (M8 or M10, depending on the base material). Ensure the post is perfectly vertical.

3. Installing Glass: Insert the 12mm (or thinner) glass panel into the 16mm side groove of the post. Place rubber setting blocks or apply structural sealant within the groove for cushioning and secure fixing.

4. Installing Handrail (Optional): Attach the matching square handrail profile across the tops of the posts to connect the system.

5. Attaching Decorative Caps: Finally, snap the decorative caps over the base plates to completely conceal the fixing screws and complete the installation.
